Happy Gardens is a social enterprise promoting Vegetable Terrace Gardening to help people grow organic vegetables at home, hence is providing the entire setup with maintenance, so that customers can experience it for 6-8 months before deciding to do it on their own.

I undertsand

Happy Gardens does not provide any formal training program, hence Customers looking to do the gardening on their own eventually are expected to observe the gardeners and slowly start assisting them in the activities to learn Vegetable Terrace Gardening.

I understand

Growing Vegetables at home is a lifestyle choice of eating organic, fresh & tasty vegetables. Using a paid gardener will result in higher cost of vegetables than buying outside, however if self maintained the cost will be almost the same as buying outside and sometimes lesser

I understand

Happy Gardens also runs an NGO, Happy World Foundation, doing a lot of community activities in the Environment, Health & Education Sector. Customers can visit www.happyworldfoundation.org to know more about it. All the employees working for Happy Gardens volunteer for the NGO and 50% of the profits go to Happy World Foundation. Happy Gardens requests its customers to subscribe/follow/like/share Happy World Foundation on social media.

I am really interested in a healthier lifestyle, hence interested in setting up a Vegetable Terrace Garden. I have gone through all the information and understand the pricing, terms & conditions mentioned in this enquiry form. I also understand the vegetable garden setup is a joint responsibility and without active involvement from me or my family, there will not be much yield.

6 Months Lock-in Period & 2 Month Notice to Terminate Service
Automated Monthly payments in advance prior to delivery of materials/service.
Weekly Maintenance Slots are scheduled based on available slots between 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Slots are subject to change once in 3-4 months if required to optimize service delivery to customers.
No services during State Govt. Holidays and Customers cannot deduct any amount for the same.
No services during strikes, lockdowns and natural calamities like heavy rains. Customers cannot deduct any amount for the same.
Monthly Charges shall increase by 10% every year.
Vegetable Yield varies from site to site based on many factors, hence the monthly charges are payable irrespective of the yield.
The price is applicable for location within 25KMs from South End Circle, Jayanagar, Bangalore.
Cleaning of the Garden post maintenance is Customer Scope of work
Photos of Customer’s vegetable garden are taken and posted in social media to promote vegetable terrace gardening.
Repotting is recommended every 10–15 months, depending on soil condition, plant growth, and yield performance. Applicable charges will be levied at the time of repotting
